I'd Like To Take You, I'd Like To Take You...
Most of my symptoms are gone, but I'm still so tired. I spend lots time watching this clip of PJ Harvey performing "Black Hearted Love" at SXSW. Notice the ease of her performance. The way she holds her microphone as if she's standing alone in her kitchen, waiting for something to come out of the microwave. The way she barely opens her mouth to make some of her biggest sounds. The way she wiggles around without worrying that her hairpiece will fall out. When I am 100% healthy, and I have all my energy, and I am performing my play, I think this is going to be part of my morning "get psyched" routine. Probably near the end. Muster all the energy, and then reign it in.
